 Congratulations to Noel Holbrook for being named as one of the winners of the 2019 [Star-Friedman Challenge for Promising Scientific Research](https://research.fas.harvard.edu/star-friedman-challenge-scientific-research)! This program provides seed funding to interdisciplinary high-risk, high-impact projects in the life, physical, and social sciences. An event honoring the winners will be held in the Faculty Room in University Hall on Friday, May 1oth from 3-5pm. Members of the Harvard community are welcome to attend.
